Cancellation & Refund Policy

For your convenience, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the order has been shipped for that month. To cancel your subscription, simply in “My Account” page, select “Subscription Status”. Once in your “Subscription Status” click on the “Cancel Subscription” link located next to the completed orders to begin the cancellation process.

1. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please be sure to cancel PRIOR to your next billing date. If your subscription is cancelled after you’ve been billed, you’ll receive your remaining shipment(s), however your cancellation will prevent future billing.

2. Due to the expedited processing turnaround for first-time shipments, we’re unable to cancel your shipment once your order has been placed. If you’ve cancelled your subscription immediately after subscribing, you can still expect to receive your first shipment, but your plan will not renew.

Each customer is allowed one exchange per month and the exchange must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
In the rare case that you do not like the perfume sent for the month you can contact the customer care and we will resolve the issue at priority.
Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders by logging into your account and cancelling the order from the dashboard.
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
