FAQs

We believe that shopping perfumes the traditional way is a tedious process. Scentribe helps you discover new perfumes by analysing your expectations and surprising you every month with a new perfume. Our experts curate a custom perfume collection based on a few questions you answer to help you create a scent wardrobe.
Currently we offer two subscriptions, Designer and Niche. If you like popular perfumes then you should go for the Designer collection and if you are looking for luxury perfumes then you should opt for the niche collection.
After you signup and place an order with us, we analyse your preferences and send you an email within 24 hours with the list of perfumes we have curated for you.

Each month you will receive an 8ml / 0.27 oz travel atomizer filled with a scent curated by our experts (you will receive a free luxury case included with your first month order)

Absolutely.
Scentribe takes pride in offering only 100% authentic fragrances provided to us by authorised vendors or by the brands directly. We never carry fakes, knock-offs, or imitations.

Yes, they are 0.27 oz / 8 ml, well below the allowed liquid size requirements to travel with our case in your hand luggage.

You can reach us through email or DM us on Facebook / Instagram. We respond to every message we receive, so if you haven’t received a response to your query as yet, try checking your spam folder or sending us another message. We respond back to our customers within a 24 hours.

We don’t currently offer phone support, since we feel we’re able to offer our best customer care through email, chat and social media support.

First Month:
The day you sign up and fill a questionnaire we will curate a perfume subscription for you.
Your first Scentribe package will ship from our facility and be at your door within 7 to 10 days, though delivery times may vary due to the great care we put into delicately packaging each fragrance.
After the First Month:
By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their package to leave our fulfillment center 1 business day after billing. If for some reason your payment is blocked on the billing date, but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our fulfillment center 1 business day later (please allow another 4 to 6 days for travel).
We ship fragrance subscriptions thrice per month so it depends on when you subscribed to the service. We ship on the 10th, 20th and 30th of each month and the order cutoff is 1 day before that. So here are the guidelines showing you when your subscription orders will ship:
1. Subscribe between 5th – 15th – Orders will Ship 10th of every month thereafter.
1. Subscribe between 16th – 25th – Orders will Ship 20th of every month thereafter.
1. Subscribe between 26th – 4th – Orders will Ship 30th of every month thereafter.
Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification of its shipment along with a tracking number to help you monitor delivery progress (please allow 48 hours for the tracking scan to be updated). Your tracking number is also accessible online from your Scentribe account.
Because we ship in batches and work hard to customise each order according to the questionnaire you’ve filled, delivery time may vary. In addition, because fragrances are considered hazardous materials, there may be delays in ground shipping.

Feel free to choose the answers. Upon signup we ask you your gender.

How to spray:

Twist the case to the right to open and spray away. Twist the case to the left to close. Just like a lipstick.

How to Replace:

Twist the case to the right to open and pull the top to remove. Insert the new vial and enjoy.

You can login using the OTP option at the time of login or you can reset your password at the login page by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link.
Once you click on the link, you’ll be prompted to enter the e-mail address that your account is associated with.
You’ll receive an e-mail shortly after with a temporary password to access your account. Once you have successfully logged into your account, be sure to change your password to something more secure by visiting your Account Settings.

Simply login to your account and select your name on the top of the screen or go to “My Account” in the menu to update your personal details, shipping address, password & subscription plan. Just make sure to make any necessary changes before the lock-in deadline of the month; otherwise, all changes will take effect in the next month.

For your convenience, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your membership, simply message us on our chat support or mail us at [email protected]

 

Please note:
1. Our regular billing cycle means your card will be charged on the 5th, 15th or 25th of the every month for month-to-month plans(depending on what date you start your subscription.)

  1. We do not currently offer refunds. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please be sure to cancel PRIOR to your next billing date. If your subscription is cancelled after you’ve been billed, you’ll receive your remaining shipment(s), however your cancellation will prevent future billing.
  2. Due to the expedited processing turnaround for first-time shipments, we’re unable to cancel your shipment once your order has been placed. If you’ve cancelled your subscription immediately after subscribing, you can still expect to receive your first shipment, but your plan will not renew.

We’ll email your tracking info over as soon as your order has shipped! Your tracking number is also accessible online from your Scentribe account.

First Month / First Time Customer:
Your first Scentribe package should ship from our facility and arrive at your door within 10 days of your subscription order. Just remember to choose your first scent within 12 hours of placing your order.

After the First Month
By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their package to leave our fulfillment center 10 business days after billing . If for some reason your payment is blocked on the billing date but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our fulfillment center 10 business days later.
Because we ship in batches and work hard to customize each order according to the fragrance you’ve selected, delivery time may vary. In addition, because fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials, there may be delays in ground shipping.

Shipping is free on all our products. The price on the website is inclusive of all taxes and shipping.

As soon as your fragrance has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Just click on the link and it will take you to your shipping dashboard.
In case you can’t find the email, you can always access your tracking number from your Scentribe account. Simply hover over your name while signed in and select “Tracking”. Once in “Tracking” you will be able to look at your tracking details. If you click on the link below you will be sent directly to your tracking page.

The tracking information is typically available within 5 days after you have been billed.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this! If you haven’t received your product within 15 days of being billed please reach out to our team on [email protected] and we will track your package or expedite a new shipment.

If you receive a damaged product, have no fear we will provide you with a replacement or give you store credit for products. All you have to do is email us with the details and an attached picture we will take care of the rest!

*Please inform us about the damaged product within 5 days of delivery.

We accept free exchange of the first month order. If you do not like the fragrance we have selected for you in the first month then you can get it exchanged. Exchange request can be placed on [email protected]
